1.What the site is

The site presents Euroex and the catalog of truck parts, equipment and accessories we distribute. It is informational: there are no sales, payments or sign-ups on the site. Quote requests are sent through WhatsApp or by phone and handled by our team.

2.Catalog, stock and quotes

• Part availability changes throughout the day. Information in the catalog and in PDFs generated by the site is valid while stocks last or for one business day, whichever comes first.
• Prices, lead times and payment and delivery terms are only valid once confirmed by Euroex in the quote.
• Photos are for illustration only and may vary by batch or manufacturer.
• Manufacturer codes and truck brand names only indicate the part's application. Check compatibility with your vehicle with our team before buying.
• We may correct typing, description or image errors in the catalog at any time.

3.Proper use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• use bots or software to copy the catalog in bulk or overload the site;
• try to access restricted areas, bypass security measures or interfere with the site's operation;
• use the site's content for illegal purposes or to impersonate Euroex.

4.Intellectual property

Texts, photos, logos, layout and the organization of the catalog belong to Euroex or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Third-party trademarks, such as RIO, Volvo, Scania, Mercedes-Benz and the other truck brands, belong to their owners. Truck brand names appear only to indicate the parts' application and do not imply any relationship with those companies, except where stated, as in the exclusive RIO distribution.

5.Third-party links and services

The site has links and features from third parties, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and Waze. Use of these services follows each company's terms and policies, and Euroex is not responsible for their content.

6.Liability

We work to keep the site available, secure and up to date, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, Euroex is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's information without confirmation from our team. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

8.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.

9.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Aparecida de Goiânia – GO, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in the courts of their own domicile.
